On the occasion of Barcelona’s designation as World Capital of Architecture, the Sagrada Família will host a conference bringing together four internationally renowned figures in the field of architecture, all recipients of the Pritzker Prize.

The event will open with an introduction by Dr Jordi Faulí, Chief Architect of the Basilica, and aims to become a space for reflection on the dialogue between heritage and contemporary architecture. The presence of internationally acclaimed architects in such an emblematic building as the Sagrada Família highlights architecture as a form of cultural expression and as a tool for social transformation.
